It is over, the Sunday curse that has puzzled the Orioles with 15 straight Sunday losses is over, as they beat the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim yesterday. And even more surprising that that is the fact the Garrett Olson went more than 4 innings. In his recent outings Olson has been solid for the first time around the opponents line-up, then while they made adjustments, he made none. Yesterday, however, he did make an adjustment and only gave up 2 runs in 6 innings.
And so they go on the road, up to Yankee Stadium, where, later in the year, they will play the last regular season game ever at The House that Ruth Built.
Tonight at 7:05 Jeremey Guthrie lines up against ex-Oriole Mike Mussina. LETS GO O'S!!
I thought it was the "house that Ruth built."
